Please read these brief Terms and Conditions before you make a booking as you need to be aware of these important points regarding the holidays on offer and the holiday booking process. If there is anything that you do not understand, or needs clarifying, please contact us.

Atol Protected - T7243We, Interactive Resorts, act as retail agents for ATOL licence holding Holiday/Tour Operators; any chalets showing prices with flights are operated by a Holiday/Tour Operator with an ATOL licence. Those chalets shown without flights are run independently of ATOL.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays make any warranties and/or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this Site. Neither we nor our Travel Partners make any warranties and/or representations as to the nature or standard or otherwise of any services offered on or through this Site.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of:

  1. your use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Site,
  2. any failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or
  3. the performance or non-performance of any services by us or by our Travel Partners or third party providers of flights or holidays.

Our liability and that of our Travel Partners shall be limited in respect of direct loss (save in the case of personal injury or death, in respect of which there is no limit) to a maximum of the price of the product or service to which the claim relates.

If any of the above limitations and exclusions, in whole or in part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part thereof shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) thereof in question.

Your Holiday Booking Conditions

Interactive Resorts act solely as a booking agent; your holiday contract is therefore with the selected Holiday/Tour Operator and their current booking conditions will govern all aspects of your holiday. You are therefore strongly urged to read these by referring to the Holiday/Tour Operator's current website or brochure for full details. If you would like a copy of these, you can request this in writing to us.

Chalet Prices

The prices shown are per person per week and are based on two people sharing a standard room (unless otherwise stated). The price includes catered accommodation (unless otherwise stated) and (if stated in the chalet description) return flights from the UK and/or transfers to resort. Our prices do NOT include ski carriage or equipment hire, insurance, ski passes, lunchtime food or an 'open bar' (unless otherwise clearly stated).

A small local tourist tax may be charged in resort by certain Holiday/Tour Operators, payable to your chalet hosts.

The prices displayed (or quoted in any correspondence) are indicative only and are subject to change at any time until we send you the Holiday Operators invoice along with our holiday invoice. Additional room or other supplements may apply, which you will be advised of at time of booking.

Payment for holidays can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque. Please note that there will an additional surcharge of 2% for all Visa and Mastercard transactions and 4% for all AMEX (American Express) card payments.

Occasionally, holiday prices can increase or decrease following a booking subject to the Holiday/Tour Operators Terms and Conditions. This will be in accordance with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. If this does happen you will be notified prior to your holiday. Acting as an agent for the Holiday/Tour Operator this is completely beyond our control.

In certain circumstances we may apply an admin fee to a booking.

Late Ski Deal Prices

Late deal prices shown are for the cheapest room available based on the maximum occupancy of that particular room (per person per week). If flights are included in the late deal price, then these may be from any UK regional airport.

Ski Holiday Special Offers and Discounts

Special offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (unless otherwise stated), are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Special offers and/or discounts have to be arranged, and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking and cannot be applied to bookings made previously. Additional room or other supplements may apply. Certain offers such as lift pass or equipment hire deals have to be arranged and paid for on booking (unless otherwise stated); offers such as free group places have to be confirmed on booking. These offers cannot be applied following a booking.

Accuracy of Ski Chalet Information

As we sell holidays on behalf of our Holiday/Tour Operators, all chalet descriptions are provided by them. The Holiday/Tour Operator will change their chalet descriptions from time to time and we strive to keep our site updated using the latest description. This, however, cannot be guaranteed and regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Because we only use the information provided by the Holiday/Tour Operator, we have no responsibility for the accuracy of this information or errors in any documentation, except where those errors were made by ourselves.

Chalet descriptions maybe updated at any time - you must therefore check all details of your holiday with us prior to booking.

Chalet Photos and Images

The chalet photos and images used on this website have been provided by the Holiday/Tour Operator and should be used for illustrative purposes only; we strive to keep the images as up to date as possible, but they may not be an exact representation of the accommodation due to recent refurbishments or re-designs. For accurate information regarding chalet facilities, layout or decor, please speak to one of our sales representatives.

Group Leader/Lead Name

The person who makes the booking is called the 'Group Leader (or 'Lead Name'). He/she must have the authority to pay for the holiday on behalf of all other travellers in the group. When the Group Leader agrees to book the holiday, he/she confirms that all those travelling accept the booking conditions. The Group Leader is responsible for the full cost of the holiday, including any cancellations or amendment charges. We will only communicate with the Group Leader who must inform the other members of the party. In order to benefit from group discount, the Group Leader needs to collect all names and payment and send these details to us.

Special Requests and Facilities

If any special requests or a particular facility is important to your holiday enjoyment, please make this known to us BEFORE the time of booking. We will always pass on any special requests to our suppliers but we will have no liability if they are not met. If such a facility is considered essential to the holiday, then this needs to be requested in writing to us and our suppliers need to confirm with us that they can meet your request.

Our Chalet Ratings

Our chalet ratings are based on a scale of 1 - 6 (6 being the highest quality) and are intended to act as a guide only. We base our ratings on three main factors;

  1. Quality of the Holiday/Tour Operator
  2. Facilities and condition of the property
  3. Location of the property

The rating given may be based upon our own subjective opinions or those of the Holiday/Tour Operator. They are not an official rating.

Ski Resort Info and Ratings

Our resort information and ratings should be used as a guide only. For detailed information about the resort, it is recommended that you visit the official resort website.

Ski Flights

The flight times given on booking your holiday are for general guidance only and are subject to change. The scheduled timings will be shown on your invoice, however, the actual flight times will be those shown on your tickets (which will be despatched to you approximately two weeks before departure). You must therefore check your tickets very carefully immediately on receipt to ensure the flight details are correct. It is possible that flight times may change even after tickets have been issued - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.

We are not always in a position to confirm the airline or airport of destination, which will be used in connection with any flight included in your arrangements. When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently, it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying the normal charges.

Any regional flights seats bought in on your request are 100% non-refundable and therefore should you subsequently cancel these, the deposit paid, will be retained, in addition to the applicable cancellation charge.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed on payment (as advised by us), followed by an email confirmation. Up to this point, no contract exists between you, the client, nor the Holiday/Tour Operator. Prices and/or holiday details may change without notice until confirmation.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit card although you can pay by credit card or cheque (cheques made payable to "TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd T/tees of Interactive Resorts Ltd."). Please note that there will an additional surcharge of 2% for all Visa and Mastercard transactions and 4% for all AMEX (American Express) card payments.

Winter Sports Insurance

Appropriate travel insurance is an essential requirement of your ski holiday, as per your Holiday/Tour Operators terms and conditions. If you are not covered and would like to get a free quote, have a look at the policy on the ski insurance section ensuring that the policy meets or exceeds the Holiday/Tour Operators requirements.

Passport and Visa Requirements

It is the Group Leader's responsibility to ensure that each member of the group, has a valid passort and relevant Visa (if applicable) to travel for the duration of the ski holiday. If you are unsure of your requirements, please consult with the relevant embassy before your holiday.

Group Details and Late Names

Following your holiday booking, it is ESSENTIAL that we have FULL details of ALL passengers, including full names (as on the passport). This information needs to be provided by the Group Leader. As this information is required for ticketing, a charge will be applied to any late names or name change.

Final Balance

If the final balance is not received 12 weeks prior to the holiday departure date, then we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £10 per person (plus an additional charge of £25 for any further reminder notices issued).

Cancelled Holidays

Very occasionally, Holiday/Tour Operators cancel holidays for reasons that are beyond our control. If this happens, you will be notified, and a refund will be given as per the Holiday/Tour Operators' Terms and Conditions. If required, we will try and find you a suitable alternative holiday. We cannot accept any liability for any other costs relating to a holiday cancellation.

Change of Holiday Accommodation

If, for what any reason, the accommodation booked cannot be offered, we will strive to find you alternative accommodation or offer you a full refund where appropriate. We cannot accept any liability for any other costs relating to the change of holiday details.

The Travel Trust Association - 100% Financial Protection!

Every holiday, where payment is made to Interactive Resorts Ltd. is fully bonded by the Travel Trust Association (TTA). The purpose of the TTA is to provide total consumer protection. All monies paid to us for your holiday is paid into our TTA Trust account. The Trust account is backed by a fidelity insurance which covers each passenger up to £11,000 (The insurance is underwritten by AIG Europe Ltd, members of the American International Inc. Group who have assets exceeding US$100 billion). This essentially means that if we, Interactive Resorts Ltd. or the Holiday/Tour Operator go into receivership before you travel, you will not lose your money. Interactive Resorts' TTA number is U3453.
